For patients 2022-07-15T14:27:51+00:00

Most patients are satisfied with the care and treatment they receive from their dentist. However, as with any service or product, from time to time things do go wrong and a problem can arise leading to dissatisfaction and complaint.

We will help patients and participating dentists to resolve complaints in the Republic of Ireland.

Simply email Mary Culliton at mary@dentalcomplaints.ie or complete the form on this website. Alternatively you can call Mary onĀ 087 354 5842 and if she is not available, Mary will return your call at the earliest point possible.

Dentists that participate in this Service follow the professional guidance issued by the Dental Council to the profession, which states that dentists should have a complaints procedure.

All dentists who participate in this Dental Complaints Resolution Service are practising in accordance with those Dental Council Guidelines.

To find out what the DCRS does and does not cover, view the memorandum of service for patients here.
