Making a complaint 2018-08-30T11:15:56+00:00

These pages will give you a step-by-step guide to help you through the complaints process.

If you have received dental treatment or services from a participating dentist that you are not happy with, and you have been unable to resolve this with the dental practice concerned, we may be able to help you.

Our facilitator, Michael Kilcoyne, examines complaints about dental services provided by participating dentists. If the dentist is not a member of the Irish Dental Association, he or she has to have specifically signed up to participate in the Dental Complaints Resolution Service before the Service can help you.

All members of the Irish Dental Association are automatically included in this Service.

If you need more information about our services, or help in filling in your form, contact us on 094 902 5105. This line is open from 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
