If you have received dental treatment or services from a participating dentist that you are not happy with, and you have been unable to resolve this with the dental practice concerned, we may be able to help you.

Our facilitator, Mary Culliton, examines complaints about dental services provided by participating dentists. If the dentist is not a member of the Irish Dental Association, he or she has to have specifically signed up to participate in the Dental Complaints Resolution Service before the Service can help you.

All members of the Irish Dental Association are automatically included in this Service.
