Our aim is to resolve complaints fairly, efficiently, transparently and quickly by working with the patient and dentist involved.
We are backed by the Irish Dental Association, but operate completely independently of the Association. The Service is headed by Michael Kilcoyne who can be contacted by telephone on 094 902 5105 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Michael is based in Castlebar and is responsible for the operation of the service. The Dental Complaints Resolution Service has a Clinical Adviser, Dr Maurice Fitzgerald, to assist with complaints resolution activities.
